Chief Executive Officer - Linda Kensington
 Master’s Degree in Health Management (honours); Post Graduate Degree in Business; Medical Laboratory Scientist Linda is a dynamic results orientated leader with 15 years successful experience providing fiscal, strategic and operations leadership within the health system. Linda has substantial leadership experience in the health sector across primary care, acute hospital and community settings including government funding and procurement. Taking a systems approach, Linda is passionate about working collaboratively to improve health outcomes, particularly for disadvantaged populations. As Chief Executive Officer, Linda utilises experience, research and a team approach to drive organisational improvement and implementation of best practice. Having joined NAPHL in August 2018, Linda will be responsible for leadership to create a clear vision and strategic focus that will provide a clear purpose for teams to function at their best.
Director Business Development - Giselle Condos Registered Radiation Therapist, Bachelor Medical Radiation Science (Radiation Therapy), Masters of Business Administration (MBA Health Management), Prince2 Practitioner and Managing Successful Programs Practitioner qualified. Giselle has over 13 years’ experience working in health care. Her experience incorporates roles in public health working across both clinical and corporate settings with a background in acute care operations and program management in mental health and patient flow. Her experience encompasses roles in metropolitan NSW and now more recently in the non-government setting in regional Townsville. As Director of Business Development, Giselle takes a proactive approach to strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across the region, maximising the value delivered to customers. Responsible for championing NAPHL’s business development activities and executing on the organisational strategic growth plan, Giselle is working to diversify NAPHL’s value proposition and ensures that all the organisations growth activities are underpinned by strong business acumen and a consumer centric focus. Giselle has an interest in identifying opportunities to streamline service delivery and accessibility, strategy development particularly in communications and engagement, brand development, advertising and promotions and ensuring NAPHL’s program and service offerings meet the diverse and unique needs of the Northern Queensland population.

    The Northern Australia Primary Health Limited (NAPHL) Statement of Healthcare Rights is based on and reflects the Australian Charter of

    Healthcare Rights.

     

    The Statement describes the rights of patients and other people using NAPHL health services as part of the Australian health system.

     

    These rights are essential to make sure that, wherever and whenever care is provided, it is of high quality and safe.

  • CERTIFICATION

    Northern Australia Primary Health Limited is committed to delivering best practice clinical outcomes and continually improving our consumer outcomes. 

    The NAPHL management system has been developed in accordance with the standards AS/NZS 9001:2008 Quality Management Standard and the National Standard for Mental Health Services and is accredited by IHCAC an independent third party certification body. 

    These standards set out a framework which enables NAPHL to manage and address operational risk and maintain an improvement philosophy.

Director IT Transformation - Mason Andrews Information Technology (IT) Transformation, Frontline Leadership, Accelerated Implementation Methodology Project Management, Masters of Management (Information Technology), Prince 2 Practitioner, Agile Master Mason has extensive experience in Information Communication Technology (ICT) program management and project implementation, managing all streams of work within complex Information Technology (IT) projects such as Application/Tech Support, Change Management, Communications and Training and Implementation. Mason has recently delivered on Healthcare projects across both corporate (Payroll, HRIS, Recruitment, Finance) and clinical systems (Electronic Medical Records, Patient Billing and Admin Systems). Mason is a fresh and energetic leader who thrives on delivering innovation through technology. He brings this enthusiasm to the NAPHL vision of being leaders in the provision of services which contribute to the health outcomes for the people of Northern Australia.
Senior Director Allied Health and NDIS - Danni Hocking Bachelor of Applied Science Occupational Therapy, Graduate Diploma Wellness Business Administration, Masters of Business Administration and Member Occupational Therapy Australia Board Danni's experience incorporates working as a strategic leader providing accessible and affordable health care and life options for individuals in remote locations. Experienced change facilitator, educator, risk manager and OHS / Wellness consultant. Danni is also an experienced Occupational Therapist with experience in Occupational Rehab, fast and slow stream clinical rehabilitation and she has a passion for assisting injured workers return to work. Danni has an enthusiastic approach to providing leadership as part of the executive team in the ongoing setting and implementation of Allied Health, Indigenous health and NDIS strategies and initiatives for the organisation. An Occupational Therapist with a Graduate Diploma in Wellness and Business, her passion is enhancing the health, safety and wellbeing of people at work by empowering people to make positive health changes and linking those changes to productivity and return on investment. As a qualified mental health first aid instructor she assists organisations to pro-actively prevent the negative impact of psychological injuries on the workplace whilst assisting those in need to seek the correct interventions to help them remain productive and engaged in life. She enjoys aligning medical and allied health services to promote recovery and has a strong interest in Indigenous health and connecting mainstream health and wellbeing with communities.
