Due to the Show public holiday in Townsville, our offices and services in Townsville and Magnetic Island will re-open on Tuesday 6 July 2021.

All of our other locations across North Queensland remain open.

Before you attend your appointment

The health and wellbeing of our clients and our staff is of paramount importance and we are committed to complying with the Queensland Health Department directive.

We will continue with face-to-face consultations however you do have the option to change to a Telehealth consultation or reschedule if you cannot attend (24 hours’ notice required to reschedule). Please phone 4421 7700 to change your appointment.

If you are feeling unwell and have any COVID-19 symptoms, please call to reschedule or change to a Telehealth appointment.

If possible, we request that you attend the appointment on your own. However, if you do need assistance, we request that only 1 support person accompanies you to your appointment.

When you arrive for your appointment

All clients will be required to wear facemasks and adhere to the 1.5m social distancing requirements.

Please check-in using the QR code at reception and sanitize your hands.

All of our services continue to use the most up to date advice to implement and reinforce a number of proactive health and safety measures to ensure we can continue to provide you with the best and safest care possible.
