Northern Australia Primary Health Limited (NAPHL) is committed to a vision of a healthier future for all Australians. We do this by providing health and wellbeing services that complement the care provided by GPs and an increasing capacity to manage complex care needs.

 

At NAPHL our goal is to provide family centred and individualised support services and a simplified NDIS experience supporting individuals and their families to navigate through the NDIS. Our expertise lies in our ability to manage support coordination for NDIS participants with formalised plans in place to provide allied health services to those in need.
