Northern Australia Primary Health Limited complements the care provided by General Practitioners (GPs) through our services and increasing capacity to manage complex care needs.
Our primary healthcare services will ensure the delivery of health and wellbeing options as close to the consumer and their carers as possible.
Northern Australia Primary Health Limited is a leading provider of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, Mental Health & Wellbeing and Allied Health services.
Our services are open to anyone living in the Northern Australia region. The majority of our services are provided at little or no direct cost to our clients through Federally funded programs. We also offer fee for service for those clients who do not meet funded programs eligibility.
We have offices in Townsville, Mackay, Cannonvale, Cairns and Thursday Island. Our staff travel to many sites across the region to provide face to face services, as indicated on the map. We also offer service delivery via phone and/or video conferencing where clinically appropriate.
Northern Australia Primary Health Limited is committed to delivering best practice clinical outcomes and continually improving our consumer outcomes. Our management system has been developed in accordance with the standards AS/NZS 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard and the National Standard for Mental Health Services and is accredited by IHCAC.

The NAPHL management system has been developed in accordance with the standards AS/NZS 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard and the National Standard for Mental Health Services and is accredited by IHCAC an independent third party certification body.
These standards set out a framework which enables NAPHL to manage and address operational risk and maintain an improvement philosophy.
